beach accessmini barwake up call
the beach access was acceptable, it was near the water and had enough chairs.
the room service was poor, they didn't refill the mini bar daily like it promised. also, i requested a wake up call one morning and i did not receive it, so i almost missed my flight. this lack of dependability made me nervous.

The on-site diving school was excellent (i HIGHLY recommend it!). I found the hygiene standards very excellent throughout the entire hotel. The food variety and quality exceeded my expectations . The staff members were all friendly and provided Excellent service.

The Wi-Fi here is a joke. I tryed to check my e-mail, and it takes a century to load one page. It's like using dial-up. the evening entertainment is so bad. I saw better shows at my grandma's retirement home. The music selection reminded me of a time warp to the 80s, and not in a good way. Some update to both it is needed, definitely.

I found the staff to be really friendly and always ready to help! ahmed at the reception made check-in so easy and was always there. the pools were so clean (i spent most of my time there!). i have to mention elsway from the pool. He was always smiling.
it took a while to get drinks at the bar sometimes because they were busy, but it wasn't a huge deal.

my beautiful suite had a really nice seating area. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there were blackout curtains, so i could sleep in! the minibar was restocked daily.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. i especially loved the omelet station each morning. the main restaurant offers theme nights with fresh grilling (delicious!) and different food stations.

the hotel has a large main pool with a poolside bar. there is a smaller heated pool and lazy river (so relaxing!). there is a kids' club, and a well-equipped gym (it had three treadmills!).

I found the room clean and spacious. It had a minibar stocked daily with drinks and snacks. The grounds were maintained well. I appreciated the attentive staff throughout the hotel. They were always available when needed.
The Wi-Fi signal was a bit unstable at times! but it was not a big deal.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including an omelet station and a milk station with various types of milk. It was convenient. I found the service in the main restaurant efficient. Tables were cleared quickly.
